This update will not reject students with Zero Days Enrolled if they have an exit code and date. *- Update 10/26/07 Fixed an annoying "Data Type Mismatch" error that could crop up. Also fixed a "Variable not found: FSPCEDDX". Now you may use Sr03 and Sr04 interchangeably. *- Update 10/19/07 Made an adjustment to Menu:6.2. Official Assessments, now it will ask you if you want to include students who have not been tested at all. Adjustment to the Days Attended / Days Enrolled calculations in the SRSD process when a student may have a class that started after the first week of school. Also the new item 6 in the Participation II field relating to pupils counted via the 10/30 day rule is fully functional. *- Update 10/15/07 There is more flexibility for you in preparing your SRSD file. Menu:7.5.1. Create New Worktable, a new question asking if you want to Include Zero FTE students in your file. Answer yes or no. Previously the default was to NOT include zero FTE students in the fall or spring unless they were here before and reported with a "19 Expected to Continue" and now you had an exit code and date. Ask your boss! *- Update 10/12/07 Added a new utility to the SRSD Default Missing Data routine. For those of you who forgot that you cannot code youngsters as grade Level 13 this year, you now can have STUREC(c) calculate the Credit earned equivalent grade level, or if no credits or the gradset is bogus the Age appropriate grade level with be calculated. Find this at Menu:7.5.1.9. A question will pop up after you select the reporting cycle. Of course, you may override this calculation for specific cases in the SR panel. *- 10/10/07 Fixed a data length error in the SRSD export file. We were so busy getting the new Windows XP version of STUREC(c) ready for you that we forgot to update this version with the new field length that CEPI wants for this year. *- 10/08/07 This update fixes a possible data type error between this DOS version and the new Windows XP version of STUREC(c). *- 09/27/07 Repaired a missing variable in the Social Services screen. *- 09/07/07 Added a new report for those of you interested in knowing how many Free and Reduced price lunch pupils you have. Find at Menu:6.1.5 for the report and 4. for the export file. This reporter reads data stored in the student SRSD file for the most recent reporting cycle. Modified the Section 107 follow-up report ESL section to recognize students who score higher than 235/3F. This update allows you to enroll someone as ABE if they already have a high school diploma or a GED. You must change their Funding code to FED and the newly assigned Grid Code should pop into place. This will allow you to get past STUREC(c)'s moratorium on an ABE student with a diploma. They still are not eligible for state funding, but some have suggested that they may be eligible for Federal funding. Than means you must have a Federal Grant to participate. * Downloading this update, or any available update between 08/01/07 and 07/31/08, will begin the 2006-07 license cycle.
